Four New Dining Options Coming to Coronado Springs This Summer
Disney’s Coronado Springs has already undergone a major refurbishment but even more are on the horizon! In addition to the all-new Gran Destino Tower opening at the Resort in July, a total of four new dining options are also set to open this Summer. We have known about Three Bridges Bar & Grill as well as Toledo – Tapas, Steak, & Seafood, but today we are learning about even two new dining venues.
Three Bridges Bar & Grill at Disney’s Coronado Springs
The all-new Three Bridges Bar & Grill will be located in the middle of Lago Dorado and receives its name from the three bridges around Disney’s Coronado Springs used to access the new table service restaurant. The menu will feature casual fare such as sandwiches and shared plates. Shareable plate highlights include Curry-Lentil Hummus, Szechuan Peppercorn Wings and Stuffed Mushrooms. For the main course, Guests can choose from delicious plates including the Villa del Lago Salad with arugula, frisée, warm Yukon potatoes, white beans, and asparagus tossed in a bright sherry vinaigrette. Also featured are Braised Pork Tacos, Grilled Skirt Steak, Harissa Lamb Chops, Crispy Chicken Sliders, and the Three Bridges Signature Burger. The Signature Burger is served with crispy potato, Manchego cheese, roasted garlic-lemon aïoli, arugula, and tomato.
Highlights of the dessert menu include warm churros with Espelette pepper sugar and chocolate sauce and a vanilla custard Mickey tart with compressed pineapple and tropical sorbet.
To quench your thirst and wind down after a long day of exploring the parks, Three Bridges Bar & Grill will offer signature, house-made sangrias (served by the pitcher!), craft beers from around the world, and wine selections from both Spain and California. There will also be several non-alcoholic options available as well.
Toledo – Tapas, Steak, & Seafood at Disney’s Coronado Springs
Located on the rooftop of the new Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs, will be Toledo – Tapas, Steak, & Seafood. The new Spanish-style restaurant will offer an on-stage tapas kitchen serving up small plates, charcutería, and cheeses. For entrees, Guests can choose the aged, hand-cut Spanish chuletón for two (32-ounce bone-in ribeye steak) or any of the delicious, sustainable seafood offerings—oven-roasted shrimp, scallops, tilefish, and Spanish olive oil-braised octopus.
The wine menu offers over 75 Spanish and California wines selected by a Master Sommelier. Handcrafted cocktails, beers, and ciders will also be available.
Dahlia Lounge at Disney’s Coronado Springs
Once open, the new Dahlia Lounge will also be located in the new Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. The rooftop lounge will be located right next to Toledo – Tapas, Steak, & Seafood and feature whimsical forms, colors, unique lights, and, of course, mouthwatering libations and small dishes. An extensive wine menu curated by a master sommelier will be featured which also includes Spanish cavas. The cocktail menu will offer exceptional spirits and ingredients hand-crafted by talented mixologists.
If you are looking for a bite to eat, Dahlia Lounge will be serving up Chilled Marinated Mussels ‘Escabèche,’ Olive Oil-poached Tuna with Lemon, Valdeón Blue Cheese, or Traditional Tortilla Española’ Spanish Potato Omelet. Larger plates will be served up including Savory Churros, Roasted Beets, Head on Prawns, Espelette-dusted Marcona Almonds and more.
Barcelona Lounge
Whether you are looking for a morning pick-me-up or a relaxing nightcap, Barcelona Lounge, which will be located in the lower lobby of the new Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, is the place to go. The new Lounge will feature eclectic patterns and colors inspired by the beautiful aesthetic of Barcelona, Spain.
By day, the Barcelona Lounge will be set up as a European Coffee House offering Spanish and classic American pastries and breakfast items. Some items include blueberry-lavender honey yogurt with flaxseed granola and fresh-squeezed orange juice.
While the European Coffee House experience at Disney’s Coronado Springs will continue throughout the day, when the afternoon rolls around, the Barcelona Lounge will transform into an artisanal cocktail bar. A variety of tonics to complement an international gin collection will be available. Highlights of the international gin collection include a house-crafted signature Gran Destino Gin Tonic infused with orange saffron. Wines, as well as Spanish and American craft beers, are also on the menu.
If you are looking for something to munch on, Barcelona Lounge also offers small plates with savory options like Spanish charcutería and artisanal cheeses, Lentil Hummus ‘Aceitunas’ Marinated Olives and more.
