4R Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck Heading to Disney Springs in Late August
If you’re a fan of the Food Trucks at the Disney Springs Marketplace than you’ll be pleased to know that a new truck boasting delicious Mexican cuisine will be rolling into Walt Disney World’s downtown shopping district at the end of the month. 4 Rivers is introducing the 4R Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck. This new dining spot is inspired by the culinary culture of Mexica city with a barbacoa-style menu.
Included on the menu will be delectable dishes such as Taco Cones (pictured above) and Burrito Bowls. Both of these tasty items are filled with signature 4 Rivers meats including beef brisket, and pulled pork. Items are prepared using barbacoa techniques.
The food truck also offers fabulous vegetarian options like the Squash Blossom Burrito (pictured above). You’ll want to be sure to save room for dessert with delicious offerings like the Dulce de Leche Churro Balls!
