Ewan McGregor Says: “Hello There….”
Take a step back from the clickbait that implies Ewan McGregor had “negative” things to say about the filming of the Prequel Trilogy.
Moreover, he is looking forward to new technology; techniques that will make it easier for the actor to portray Obi-Wan.
Obi-Wan Says Hello (There)
On June 20, Digital Spy’s Joe Anderton wrote:
Speaking to ACE Universe‘s Angélique Roché, the actor said: “I’m just going to enjoy it all much more. I think our technology is such that we’d shot (The Phantom Menace) on film, and (Attack of the Clones) when we got to Australia on the then-new HD cameras, which were pretty primitive compared to what we have now.

Of course, anyone who has seen Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian and the bonus features on, say, Star Wars: Attack of the Clones, understands exactly the difference McGregor refers to.
“They employ that incredible screen,” added McGregor. “And I don’t even begin to know how it works.
“I think we’ll be using some of that technology on our show.”
That technology looks good.
He Already Looks The Part
And so does Mr. McGregor – he’s already sporting the Obi-Wan beard!
But Master Kenobi’s alter ego couldn’t tell Ms. Roché anything about the new show – not even the title.
“There are some great fan ideas,” said Ewan. “There’s an amazing poster where they’ve named it, ‘Hello There.’
“That’s the name of [the show]. Hello There: The Obi-Wan Kenobi Story
“That would be fun. That would get my vote,” he added.
I think this may be the poster:
