Where to Find a Limited-Time Dole Whip in Disney World
It’s finally May, which means flowers are blooming, warmer weather is arriving, and summer is just around the corner! It’s also the time to celebrate things like May the 4th and Mother’s Day!
May is also Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, and Disney is celebrating! We just found out about a bunch of fun new food items at the parks and resorts in Disney World for the festivities.
So, come along with us to try out a brand NEW dessert over at a hotel in Disney World for the celebrations.
Heart of Te Fiti Dole Whip
This is the NEW Heart Of Te Fiti Dole Whip Cup! It’s DOLE Whip, mochi cake, a Moana-Inspired white chocolate medallion, and an edible flower for $6.29.
You can find it over at Pineapple Lanai at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. This is a common spot to grab some fun Dole Whip creations outside of the parks!
When we went to order this, we actually found out you can order it with either vanilla or pineapple Dole Whip. We decided to go for Pineapple!
This treat looks awesome, but how does it taste? Let’s find out!
The cake bits on here are very good, but they’re not sweet at all, so just be prepared for that!
We actually found that the lack of sweetness worked really well because the Dole Whip itself is sweet. Just don’t expect a TON of sweetness from this dessert.
Other than the cake bits, this is pretty much just like a normal Dole Whip cup that you would find in the parks!
The decorations on top are just plain white chocolate, which is fine if you enjoy white chocolate, and an edible flower. Even though you can eat this flower, it’s not really our taste, so we avoided it.
But, if you’re looking for something that’s not super duper sweet and is safe while still being a little bit different, you should give this treat a try! Or, you can head on over here and just get some classic Dole Whip. Either way, you should have a tasty snack.
This treat is only available from now through May 30th, so grab it while you can if you want to try it! Stay tuned for more Disney World food news, reviews, and updates!
