Progress Being Made on Disneyland DVC Tower
Back in November, we gave our readers a first look at some of the fabulous details going into the new DVC Tower coming to the Disneyland Hotel and Disneyland Resort. We’re excited to say that progress on the project continues to be made and Disneyland President Ken Potrock recently took to Instagram to give us a look at the towering structure taking shape.
As you can see from these images, vertical construction has already begun the the tower. This is a significant milestone in the development of this exciting new project.
Construction on the tower first began back in 2021. Once completed, the Disneyland Hotel tower will be the second Disney Vacation Club property at Disneyland Resort. The first DVC property opened in 2009 at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and Spa!
We’re told that the color palette of the tower’s interior will be inspired by Walt Disney Animation. Other details we know about the tower is that it will include a pool area complete with immersive features for kids and adults.
We also know that the DVC tower will add 350 guest rooms to the Disneyland Hotel.
Disneyland has yet to reveal and opening date. However, we expect the project to be finished at some point next year. Readers are encouraged to keep following along with us for further news and updates!
