Popular Photo Spots Near Cinderella Castle Now Blocked Off
During our visit to the Magic Kingdom this morning, we noticed that very popular photo spots near Cinderella Castle have now been blocked from the public.
As you can see the curtain walls of the castle on the side overlooking the HUB are now blocked by potted plants.
This used to be a very popular spot for guests to stop and have their photos take with some PhotoPass photographers even stationed in the area.
These spots were in fact so popular that it was not uncommon to see guests lined up to take advantage of this unique vantage point.
Unfortunately it doesn’t look that that is going to continue.
Both shaded areas are now blocked from view. We wonder if these shaded areas will be used exclusively for the private PhotoPass sessions that you can now book online.
Its obviously a guess and we can’t confirm that for certain but you can find more information on this Photo Session option on the Disney World website here.
As always, this is a story that we will continue to follow closely.
