Indoor Mask Policy Isn’t Keeping Crowds Away at Disney World
If you’ve been following along with us here at MickeyBlog, you’ll know that we’re at Walt Disney World this morning where the resort has just reintroduced a mandatory face mask policy. This policy EVEN includes those who have already been vaccinated.
Once of the things that we were worried about was the reinstatement of the mask requirement negatively attendance at the theme parks.
However, during our visit this morning, it was just the opposite.
Look at that early morning crowd!
As you can see, this change in the rules hasn’t deterred those heading to the magic this morning. The crowds were exactly what you’d expect during the busier Summer months and guests had masks in hand.
It was wall-to-wall people at rope drop on Main Street USA.
Here’s a look at the queue at Main Street Bakery.
Haunted Mansion had a longer than normal line this morning.
Over at Hollywood Studios, it was much of the same. There was a 100 minute wait for the ride.
The Slinky Dog Dash line extended out as far as Walt Disney “One Man’s Dream!”
The mask rules are back, but all-in-all the crowds seem to be taking it in their stride! Keep following along with us all day for further news and updates.
