Did You Know That Poe Dameron Was In a Ska Band!?
We’ve got a great origin story. But its not for one of your favorite characters but rather than man who plays him! This week, CinemaBlend shared a story with us revealing that Oscar Isaac who plays Poe Dameron in the Star Wars films was in a 1990s ska band and it is the stuff of internet gold!
Photographic evidence emerged this week of a image of Isaac with his bandmates and according to the caption, they actually met with a moderate bit of success having opening up for Green Day as well as Ska legends, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones back in the late 90s.

According to reports, the band was called the Barking Underdogs. Can you spot Isaac in the group photo? it took some Twitter users a bit of time as you can see from the tweet below:
I looked at this photo for a long time before going. "That's ridiculous, I don't see Oscar Isaac anywhere in this pho–" pic.twitter.com/Qx9opH30D0

With his involvement in Moon Knight, it’s unlikely that we’ll be seeing a reunion of The Blinking Underdogs anytime soon.
However, as his previous roles in Sucker Punch, The Adams Family and Ex Machina indicate, moody is something Isaac’s does well and is something he will no doubt be bringing to the role of Marc Spector.
Reactions are fun and all, but do you want to see Oscar Isaac in action, singing and playing guitar in this ska band everyone’s been talking up?
I know someone who went to high school with him and said he was a huge goth back then. This is just as amazing.
