NEWS: Hotel Boat Transportation Returns to Disney Springs!
If you’re going to Disney World soon, one thing you need to have a plan for is transportation around the resort. You’ve gotta know your options, and there are a lot!
You can take buses, boats, monorails, cars, or even walk to move between the hotels and the parks. And now, we’ve got some exciting transportation news for those of you wanting to visit Disney Springs!
Disney Springs Boat Service Returns
Hotel boat service is BACK in Disney Springs! It’s been unavailable since April due to lower water levels.
This is the boat service that takes you between Disney Springs and Old Key West Resort, Port Orleans Resort — French Quarter and Port Orleans Resort — Riverside, and Saratoga Springs.
It’s a free boat service just like other Disney transportation and it’s a very convenient way to move between Disney Springs and these resort hotels!
You no longer have to take a bus or even your own transportation if you want to pop over to Disney Springs for dinner.
In addition to the transportation boats, the Amphicars at The BOATHOUSE in Disney Springs are also available again! These are the boats that look like cars that drive around the lake.
You can also take the boats over to see the new drone show in Disney Springs — Disney Dreams That Soar. Just keep in mind that there is a cutoff for departure times from the resorts.
We saw a sign stating the cutoff is at 8PM for the show at 9PM.
