PHOTOS: A Nighttime Update for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure in Magic Kingdom
We are so excited about the debut of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at Walt Disney World, and we love stopping by to see the progress of this highly-anticipated attraction.
Debuting this summer, the new ride follows Tiana and characters from the fan-favorite film on a musical adventure inspired by the Princess and the Frog.
The attraction is moving along each day, and we spotted some new special effects in the evening.
‼️TIANA UPDATE!‼️
We are spotting new mist effects at the very top before the drop! You’ll also notice the lanterns/hanging bottles are glowing and all lit up as well! 💙✨ pic.twitter.com/Fm6rkrUMF9

If you think this attraction looks cool during the daytime, wait until you see our photos from last night.
Nighttime Updates
We stopped by Frontierland in Magic Kingdom to check out the newest nighttime updates.
These new photos capture the magic of the reimagined Splash Mountain attraction in a new way.
Look closely! The first thing we spotted was a new mist effect at the top of the drop!
We also see water coming down the hill while in the past this area has been dry.
How sweet is this? You can see the lanterns glowing a bright blue at the very top.
Here is another great look!
Viewing the attraction at night creates a very different vibe from during the day! It is stunning and serene at the same time- it also let’s us see some of the cool lighting effects!
As we continued to wander we noticed another small detail that you can’t see during the day.
We noticed little green twinkling lights on the trees. We aren’t 100% sure what the lights are for, but we are thinking it is a possible firefly effect.
We are so excited for the opening of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure this year and can’t wait to travel through the Bayou!
Be sure to stay tuned with MickeyBlog for more on this and all things Disney.
