FULL LIST of Halloween Festivities Happening in Disneyland This Year!
It’s only the beginning of May, but Disney is already thinking about Halloween! We know, it definitely feels a little early, but since Disney begins celebrating in August, it’s good to know what to expect right now so you can plan ahead.

So, we’ve got the full list of what’s happening at Disneyland Resort for Halloween this year! Let’s take a look.
Everything Coming for Halloween 2024 at Disneyland
First up, know that the official Halloween season at Disneyland will be from August 23rd through October 31st this year.

Oogie Boogie Bash is returning to Disney California Adventure Park! The separately ticketed event will take place on select dates from August 25th through October 31st.

Plaza de Familia is also returning at Paradise Gardens in Disney California Adventure Park. This area will bring Pixar’s Coco and the Spirit of Día de Los Muertos to life with food, entertainment, and more from August 23rd through November 2nd.
Día de Los Muertos will also be celebrated over in Disneyland Park at El Zócalo Park. There will be decorations and special food in this area for the festivities.

Back in DCA, Monsters After Dark will be happening at Guardians of the Galaxy! You can join Rocket in this thrilling Halloween adventure in the dark.

Then, Cars Land will be transformed into Radiator Screams for the season, where you can see some characters dressed in their Haul-O-Ween costumes!

There will also be some festive decorations and ride overlays. Luigi’s Honkin’ Haul-O-Week is returning, and so is Mater’s Graveyard JamBOOree!

And, get ready to meet some spooky characters in the parks, like Jack Skellington and Sally!

Haunted Mansion Holiday is also returning, where the iconic Haunted Mansion gets a wonderfully frightful Nightmare Before Christmas overlay.

Halloween Screams is back as well! The spooky nighttime spectacular takes place in Disneyland Park and features Jack Skellington as your “Master of Scare-omonies.”

Another fun activity returning is Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit! This is a scavenger hunt around Downtown Disney where you look for character-inspired pumpkins and get a prize at the end.

Finally, of course, there will be the Halloween decorations you know and love, like the Main Street Pumpkin Festival in Disneyland Park with its giant Mickey pumpkin and fall foliage!
