WATCH: The Second ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ Trailer Has Arrived and It Looks AWESOME
With Marvel Studios only set to release one film this year, all eyes are on Deadpool & Wolverine.
The third installment in the Deadpool franchise will not only see Hugh Jackman reprise his iconic role as Wolverine but also see the Marvel multiverse come together in a way that it never has before.

Needless to say, anticipation is high.
Deadpool and Wolverine Finally Meet
Ahead of the film’s release, Marvel released a second trailer for Deadpool & Wolverine. Unlike the first film, which hinted at the team-up between Wade Wilson and Logan, the dynamic between the film’s titular characters takes center stage in the latest clip.
The second trailer begins with Deadpool approaching a clearly down-and-out Wolverine at a bar.

The two clearly do not hit things off right away.
“I’m about to lose everything that I’ve ever cared about,” Deadpool pleads.

Interspersed with scenes of the two mutants fighting, a TVA agent tells the Merc with the Mouth, “This Wolverine let down his entire world.”

It looks like perhaps Jackman will be playing a variant of the character that he played in the previous X-Men films.

The big reveal in the trailer is Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine in his comic-accurate yellow suit. Additionally, however, fans also get their first look at Emma Corrin’s Cassandra Nova.

Overall, the trailer gives fans everything they could want. Action sequences, banter between Deadpool and Wolverine, and Blind Al offering Wade cocaine, which he quickly points out is the one thing Kevin Feige said they could not mention.
