NEW: New Update to Walt Disney World My Disney Experience Accounts
Well, here is a pretty awesome update to Disney World’s My Disney Experience accounts. You can now merge duplicate accounts rather than having to call the Internet Help Desk to have them do it for you.
If you have any profiles that can be merged, you will have a notification at the top of the page or you can just click over the Family and Friends page.
If you have the option to merge profiles, there will be a choice of which profile you want to keep. It will list which has the plans listed with it, for example, resort reservations, tickets, cards, etc.
If a duplicate profile is managed by another person, they will need to approve it before it can be merged.
This is a pretty great and convenient update to the My Disney Experience accounts. It can save a lot of time on the phone with Disney trying to fix this issue which arises a lot. Hopefully, Disney continues to roll out more updates like this!
