Record High Heat Expected for Orlando By The Weekend
Get ready for some hot weather coming this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday in the Orlando area. According to local meteorologists, near-record-high heat will enter the area just before the weekend causing temperatures to rise 10 degrees above normal for this time of year.
ORLANDO — We face near-record heat Thursday, Friday and Saturday… A subtropical ridge of high pressure will push over Florida through the weekend, warming temperatures some 10° above normal, pushing temperatures not seen in a century on those specific dates..
