In honor of this oh-so-important holiday, we had to eat a grilled cheese today — so we stopped by Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew in Disney Springs! Yes, they serve more than just donuts and coffee — so let’s get into it.

In addition to all their delicious donuts and coffees, Everglazed also serves a variety of savory sandwiches — including the iconic Grilled Cheeeeeese for $7. This sandwich comes with “oodles of cheeses served on a griddled sweet bun.”

This is a regular menu item, so you should theoretically be able to order it whenever you stop by Disney Springs.

Everglazed makes this sandwich by flipping the glazed side down, toasting, and then placing cheese on top of the glazed side. From what we could see, they used about four slices of cheese in total.

It was warm and gooey in all the ways a grilled cheese should be, and it also had a slight crispiness that we loved.

For those of you who like the combo of sweet and salty — this sandwich is for you. It had a great balance of sweet and salty flavors and the melted cheese was soooooo good.
