6 NEW Menu Items are Coming Soon to Mama Melrose’s in Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
We all probably have our favorite foods and drinks we have to get every time we go to Disney World. For me, that’s a classic Dole Whip, cheeseburger spring rolls, and the Annapurna Zing cocktail (which you can get at Nomad Lounge!).

But, while a lot of menu items remain consistent, Disney is also almost always adding some new seasonal items, or just improving their menus in general. And now, some new food items are coming to the menu at a restaurant in Hollywood Studios!
New Food at Mama Melrose’s
Disney just announced that new items will join the menu at Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano. This restaurant is located in the Grand Avenue section of the park, AKA the area with The Muppets.

Starting on April 1st, there will be six brand-new items on the menu. First up, we have the Rigatoni Bolognese, which will have ground beef, Italian sausage, and parmesan.

Next is the Braised Pork Osso Buco with creamy polenta, roasted cipollini onions, sweet peppers, and lemon gremolata.

We’re also getting some Fried Mozzarella Sticks on the menu! These will come with marinara sauce and lemon aïoli (YUM).

What looks to be another new appetizer is the Mushroom, Artichoke, Cheese Dip. This dip has also has goat cheese, tomatoes, and toasted crostini.

Another new entree on the menu is the Fettuccine Alfredo with Shrimp. This dish has pasta, cheese sauce, and fresh parsley.

Finally, there is a new dessert joining the menu! The Goat Cheese Mousse Tart is topped with honeycomb and an edible flower served with blackberries and a cassis compote.

These all sound pretty delicious to me, and we can’t wait to try them out and see how they are!
