NEWS: Cast to Guest Pin Trading is Returning To Disney World SOON
In an Instagram post on March 22, 2024, Disney announced that guest-to-cast pin trading is coming back to Disney on April 7, 2024! This is not a drill. Dust off your lanyards traders! The hunt is on!
In a cringe-worthy corny reel that’s sure to make you smile, guests hear someone announce “a fully refreshed pinboard” or “pin trading is coming back” and excitedly turn around like “WHERE!?!?!” or even swoon.

Pin trading returned to Disney Springs in November of 2023, but now, we can enjoy seeking out each and every one of the cast-exclusive series throughout the parks and resorts!
Cast to guest pin trading is a longstanding tradition at Disney Parks. Many kids and adults alike don lanyards full of pins with the intent of trading them all for something different. Since the worldwide reset of 2020, this is one of the few things left that has yet to return. Well, now the wait is over!
