Today when visiting the former location of Splash Moutain, we noticed that work has progressed fairly rapidly on the new attraction’s queue.
The walls and planters, that have been largely stationary of late, have been maneuvered to allow crews access to different parts of the area.
From the Walt Disney World Frontierland train station, you can get a good view of the progress that has been made. We even spotted some new Magnolia trees!
While the queue is coming together, from what we can see, it doesn’t look particularly close to being finished.
The Attraction is Getting Greener!
As for the new attraction itself, scaffolding seems to be coming down, as the front of the ride is much clearer than it has been.
Additionally, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure continues to get greener and greener, with more foliage seemingly added every day!
Here is another look at the new greenery.
Log Inspections Underway
Over the last couple of weeks, we have reported on the log testing going on at Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.
Today, Imagineers were inspecting each of the attraction’s logs, referencing a manual each time.
Work Continues on the Former Briar Patch Store
Last but certainly not least, work continues in the attraction’s store.
Located near the exit, the sound of construction continues to emanate from the former Briar Patch store.
While we may have to wait a bit longer for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure to open, work seems to be progressing quickly in a variety of ways!
