These Disney World Waterslides are a Must-Do on Your Spring Break!
Are you lucky enough to be visiting Walt Disney World this Spring Break? Do you need a fun way to beat the heat or a day away from the crowded parks?
Chilling out while on vacation is a necessity, and a day poolside may be just what you need.
The Disney Resort and its two water parks, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach, offer plenty of ways to have fun in the sun and escape the crowds.
And if you are looking for a few thrills, the waterslides are the way to go. Let’s cool off and take the plunge with these Disney World waterslides.
Samawati Springs Waterslide — Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge has so many amazing amenities in its rustic ambiance and one of our faves is this exciting waterslide.
The 128-foot waterslide shoots into a zero-depth-entry, 4,700-square-foot pool! Hold on as you zip through lush decor and a tropical oasis. The 118,138-gallon pool is an awesome place to have fun and beat the heat.
Summit Plummet — Disney’s Blizzard Beach
You can’t go to Blizzard Beach without going on this iconic slide. This signature attraction is 120 feet tall, 55 mph, and one of the world’s fastest free-fall water slides. Be prepared to scream!
Experience a near-vertical drop and plunge down 12 stories through a 360-foot-long, high-speed descent. Perfect!
Jaguar Slide — Disney’s Coronado Springs
Beat the heat as you go back in time on this Disney waterslide located in the Dig Site at the Lost City of Cibola Pool. Check out those vines and the ancient vibes!
Experience fun and thrills on this water slide as you swirl next to the 50-foot replica of an ancient Mayan pyramid!
Crush ‘n’ Gusher — Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon
Grab your family and friends for this unique experience. Enter an abandoned fruit-processing plant and experience a “water coaster” ride down a 400-foot-long tube slide.
This part is so much fun—you can choose between three “fruit chutes,” including the Pineapple Plunger, Coconut Crusher, or Banana Blaster.
Guests will love swirling through tunnels and twisting through turns on the large inflatable rafts.
If you like fast twists, uphill climbs, and sudden drops, this is the waterslide for you!
The Flying Jib Slide — Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club
This is one of my favorite water slides at Disney World, and it is ideal for the whole family. Experience an aquatic adventure as you explore the shipwreck of Stormalong Bay.
Climb the stairs, ascend a spiral staircase, and hold on as the 150-foot-tall waterslide shoots you out over the main pathway into the sand-bottom pool below! It is fast and fun and perfect for Spring Break.
Be sure to try these awesome Disney water slides on your Spring Break, and let us know your favorite!
