A Mad Tea Party Vignette Has Been Added to Living with the Land!
If you are a frequent reader of MickeyBlog, then you know how much we love Living with the Land at EPCOT.
The leisurely boat ride through The Land pavilion’s greenhouses is not only a relaxing and educational experience but a true piece of EPCOT history.
Earlier this week, we brought you the news that Living with the Land was getting ready for the 2024 EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival, as new props were added to the attraction.
First, we spotted a picnic vignette complete with a Winnie the Pooh honey pot.
Then, yesterday, a new white dining set appeared in the greenhouse.
A Mad Tea Party
Well, I am thrilled to report that work has continued in Living with the Land, and with just a day to go until the Flower and Garden Festival kicks off, the dining set has been transformed into a Mad Tea Party!
That’s right! It looks like the Mad Hatter and the March Hare are getting ready for another tea party, this time in Living with the Land.
The table is set with an abstract tablecloth, and dozens of cups, crafts, and pots have been laid out.
If you look closely at the table, you can spot all kinds of Alice in Wonderland Easter eggs, including a white rabbit, playing cards on the table, mushrooms, and even a little bottle that reads “Drink Me.”
Other fun nods include the White Rabbit’s pocket watch and two flaming-shaped pitchers.
Near the base of the table, a Mad Hatter flowerpot “hat” rests on the ground.
Last but not least, a copy of Alice in Wonderland sits perched in the chair.
Stop By Living with the Land
All in all, this vignette is a small addition to Living with the Land, but it is a ton of fun!
So, be sure to stop by The Land on your next trip to EPCOT and check it out!
