One of my favorite types of attractions at Walt Disney World is a themed boat ride. Thrills, adventure, or relaxation- I love experiencing Disney magic and storytelling in this way.
Let’s take a closer look at a few of the most popular options.
Kali River Rapids -Animal Kingdom

Get ready to get soaked on this whitewater adventure! This rapid river raft ride sends you floating through treacherous rapids, geysers, and waterfalls.
Hold on tight as you plummet down a dramatic 20-foot slope!
Pirates of the Caribbean- Magic Kingdom

This classic boat ride lets you decide if “a pirate’s life” is for you. Hop aboard this swashbuckling adventure and journey past Dead Man’s Cove, Caribbean seaport towns, and a Caribbean fort.

Jungle Cruise- Magic Kingdom

Your trusty skipper navigates you through some of the world’s most dangerous waters as you float past beautiful nature scenes, an abandoned camp, and “animals” in their habitat.
Living with the Land – EPCOT
This is one of the most-underrated experiences at EPCOT and a classic Disney attraction.
This slow-moving boat ride takes you on a tour highlighting Walt Disney World horticulturalists and their use of innovative growing techniques and vegetation.
