More Changes are Coming to Cash Wrap Areas at Emporium!
If you follow along with MickeyBlog, you know that there are plenty of updates happening across the Walt Disney World resort right now.
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is experiencing daily construction updates as the ride prepares for its opening this summer.
And EPCOT is presently transitioning from the Festival of the Arts and getting ready for the International Flower and Garden Festival.
In addition, there are plenty of smaller refreshes and refurbishments happening as restaurants, attractions, and more re-open and get ready for spring crowds.
Our team stopped by Magic Kingdom today and noticed some smaller changes happening inside the Emporium. Let’s take a closer look.
Cash Wrap Updates
It appears that this will be the next register area to be completely removed.
You can see that the large cash wrap area is being taken apart. The registers are removed and additional pieces are pulled part.
We have noticed other cash wrap areas in Emporium also being removed and updated prior to this.
You can see all the cash registers are gone making way for something new.
Signs are up encouraging the use of Mobile Check Out to save time.
Our team noticed that the lack of registers are making more guests use mobile check out to expedite their check out process.
Are new registers coming? Is the cash wrap area changing? We have no additional details at this time, but stay tuned to MickeyBlog to stay up to date on all construction updates.
