We’re sampling some new treats, and you have to try this new Festival of the Arts Funnel Cake at the American Adventure in EPCOT!
Crazy Chocolate Funnel Cake Sandwich
We visited the Funnel Cake Stand in the American Adventure Pavilion to get a festival-exclusive funnel cake treat.
Funnel Cake Stand
This sweet treat combines so many delicious things! It starts with two mini chocolate funnel cakes sandwiched with vanilla ice cream, plus rainbow whipped cream, strawberry sauce, powdered sugar, and sprinkles for $12.
A drizzle of strawberry sauce adds a touch of fruit flavor. A dusting of powdered adds a little sweetness, and sprinkles add colorful fun!
We really liked this dessert!
The chocolate flavor of the funnel cake was very light, not overpowering at all. It was also very light and airy with the perfect amount of crunch.
The ice cream was just a typical vanilla but it worked well with the whipped cream on top.
The strawberry drizzle added just enough sweetness, and there was just enough to get some with each bite.
This treat is a great size for sharing.
