Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, with its quaint, Coney Island-inspired charm and dreamy waterfront location, is a consistently popular resort option for guests in Disney World.
Especially among Disney Vacation Club members, this hotel offers a range of superb accommodation types, one of which we’re thrilled to tour with you today!

This week, our MickeyBloggers were able to get a look around a One-Bedroom DVC Villa inside the resort. A beautifully bright and spacious accommodation, this room was certainly somewhere we’d love to stay ourselves during an EPCOT resort-area vacation.
Keep reading for a full photo tour of the room, including information about all the amenities and more you can expect to find in these villas…
Hallway / Entrance
We’ll start off our tour right inside the entranceway to the villa, in this simple hallway/foyer area.
As you can see from our photos, this plainly-decorated hallway features a large broom closet, with plenty of space for storing shoes and coats.
There’s also a lovely large mirror for admiring your park outfits, and even more hooks for putting your hats, pin trading lanyards, etc!
Stepping through the hallway, we reach the next sections of the roomy villa…
Kitchenette
Perfect for those looking to prepare their own meals during their vacation, this room offers a quaint kitchenette area!
Sweetly sized for small families, this fully-equipped kitchenette features a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster.
All the pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and utensils you’ll need are included… as well as a dishwasher to wash them all up in!
Speaking of washing up – we’re also big fans of this sink space!
There’s even a sweet setup for coffee and tea, to welcome you home after a busy park day!
A great feature about this kitchenette is the large amount of storage space, great if you’re hoping to do a big food shop to last throughout your vacation.
In terms of dining seating, the edge of the kitchenette serves as a sweet, two-seater breakfast bar, and there’s a small, two-seater dining table across from this as well.
Overall, we love the fresh, white, and gray tones of the kitchenette, which definitely gives off clean and breezy vibes sure to make guests feel welcome on vacation.
The simple color palette continues throughout the rest of the accommodation, in the classic style we know and love about the BoardWalk Inn!
Living Area
Directly adjoining the open-plan kitchenette is this cozy living area, complete with squashy sofa and a big, bright window.
As we saw in the kitchenette, this villa offers no shortage of storage space — and we particularly love the hidden Mickey detail in the chest of drawers beneath the TV!
More seating can be found in addition to the sofa, perfect for sitting and admiring the pretty outdoor views.
The standard one-bed villas offer views of the resort grounds or parking areas, however, upgrades are available for views over the gardens, pool, or Boardwalk.
Back to the sofa, which we’re happy to say can actually double as a pull-out bed! This gives the room the space to sleep up to four adults, across this sofa and the bedroom.
Also in the living area is a resort phone, DVD player, and a patio to the rear.
Laundry Area
Facing the living room is a small laundry closet, which is just large enough to contain a washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board is also available in the villa, meaning you’ll be fresh as a daisy throughout your whole vacation!
Bathroom
Moving on to the bathroom area of the villa, which is actually split into two parts.
The first, smaller part of the bathroom includes the toilet and a spacious shower, as well as a single sink.
The second part of the bathroom includes another sink and vanity area, as well as this gorgeous whirlpool bathtub!
As you can see from the photos, the bathroom is also airy and bright with shades of blue and white, and is fully stocked with fluffy towels.
For storage, there’s also a large walk-in closet area to the rear of the bath portion of the bathroom.
It’s also within the closet that you’ll find a hidden safe, great for securely stashing your personal items.
We adore how this tub opens into the bedroom, giving the whole villa the most fun and lazy vibe!
Bedroom
Finally, on our tour, we move to the bedroom.
Sporting a sage-green feature wall covered in boardwalk fairground-inspired artwork, this room is upbeat yet also beautifully tranquil – just what you want after an adventure day in the Disney parks!
This room features a king-sized bed, with cozy lamps lighting each side. One side of the bed also has a second resort phone.
There’s lots more storage in here from the bedside tables and chest of drawers, and even another flat screen TV which guests can enjoy from the bed (or bath, if you really want to!).
A cozy chair in the corner offers another comfortable spot for reading or planning the next day’s adventures. So lovely!
And, with that, we shall conclude our tour of this gorgeous one-bedroom DVC villa at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn!
