Disney Christmas Parade
This first photo is from the Walt Disney World parade back in 1976 as Mickey and Minnie smile and wave as they traveled down Main Street, U.S.A.
This year marks the 40th anniversary of “Disney Parks Magical Christmas Day Parade”! Airing on ABC December 25th, this year’s holiday Parade will feature Mickey, Minnie and other favorite Disney characters along with festive musical performances.
March of the Toy Soldiers
If you have ever seen a Disney parade, you know this exciting and iconic image.

Dressed as Bob Cratchit, Mrs. Cratchit, Nephew Fred and Ebenezer Scrooge, the fabulous four brought the classic story to life.

Unique Tree at Disney’s Contemporary Resort
Disney World is known for the large iconic trees that decorate the resort lobbies. In 1971, this unique tree dazzled guests at Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
There are 20 levels and a giant star on top!
Poinsettia Tree at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
In 1992, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa lobby had a magnificent tree created out of maroon, white and pink poinsettias.
How sweet are the candles and angels woven throughout the pattern.
Mickey and Minnie in the Holiday Sleigh
This photo from 1989 shows Mickey and Minnie in Santa’s sleigh with a green tinsel-inspired tree!
