Disney Seemingly Halts Posting on X/Twitter
Last week, The Walt Disney Company, along with many other advertisers, paused all advertising on X (formerly Twitter) after comments made by owner Elon Musk.
Note that pausing advertising is not the same as canceling permanently, but in the following days, several of these companies have also seemingly stopped posting on the social media platform as well. Let’s discuss.
Tweets Paused
According to a variety of reports, several media companies have stopped posting on Twitter/X altogether, including Disney and several Disney affiliates.

Other accounts, however, such as Disney+ and Disney affiliates like ABC News, appear to still be posting.
When or whether Disney will resume posting on Twitter/X is unclear. We’ll be monitoring this situation closely, so keep following MickeyBlog for more news.
