What We Tried
Enough talking–let’s dig into some items from Le Marché de Noël Holiday Kitchen! Today, we tried the Crème de Saumon Fume en Brioche a l’Aneth Concombre and Buche de Noel au Pain D’ Epices.
We started with the Crème de Saumon Fume en Brioche a l’Aneth Concombre, and it did not disappoint!
It had a creamy salmon flavor, but the crunchy cucumbers added a nice contrasting texture. The soft brioche roll was dyed green for a festive look.
The Buche de Noel au Pain D’ Epices featured a lightly spiced gingerbread cake with milk chocolate and hazelnut ganache. The crispy pearls were the perfect compliment to the creaminess of the ganache.
We enjoyed both of these dishes, but the Crème de Saumon Fume en Brioche a l’Aneth Concombre is one of our favorites so far today!
And that’s everything we tried over at this holiday kitchen! If you’re visiting EPCOT during the festival, head over here to try some of these items for yourself!
