PHOTOS: The Reimagined Adventureland Treehouse Is OPEN in Disneyland!
It’s a big day over at Disneyland Resort!
It’s the opening day of the Adventureland Treehouse inspired by Walt Disney’s Swiss Family Robinson! Come with us as we explore this oasis. (We hope you brought some sturdy shoes.)
Adventureland Treehouse
We started our day off with our exploration of the reimagined Adventureland Treehouse! You can find the attraction between Indiana Jones Adventure and Pirates of the Caribbean.
Let’s go in!
We entered through their kitchen area…
…which has a sign dedicated to Father’s craftsmanship.
We then walked up to the art room area…
…which is full of paintings.
This is a fun area to spend some time in, as these paintings have so much detail!
Next up is Mother’s Music Parlor!
This room also had a nod to Tarzan (the treehouse’s previous theme), via the book lying on the table. (We’re big fans of attractions having nods to their previous themes.)
They also have their own book in Mother’s Parlor.
The next room was the daughter’s.
She’s obsessed with astrology–as you can tell by the items in her room.
Can you find the hidden Mickey on her poster of the moon?
We’ve reached the highest point of the treehouse, where they keep their monkey and tropical birds…
…as well as their fire ants…
…and Bug Motel. (Did we mention the motel is friendly?)
As you walk by Father’s room you can listen to his music.
And that brings us back down to the kitchen area–where we started!
We recommend exploring the treehouse for yourself the next time you’re in the park! And we’ll keep updating you with the latest happening around the resort, so stay tuned to MickeyBlog.com.
