Disney California Adventure’s Tree Has Arrived, Along With the Biggest Holiday Sweater Ever!
Exciting news coming from Disney California Adventure: the iconic Christmas Tree arrived at the park today!
Yep, when our MickeyBlog reporters arrived at Disney California Adventure this morning, we were delighted to find that the most dazzling holiday tree had been installed at the park’s entrance.
Studded with an array of unique ornaments and draped with the most sparkly silver tinsel, this is an eye-catching tree like no other!
Earlier today, we showed you photos of the beautiful tree that adorns Main Street, U.S.A. over in Disneyland park. While that one featured ornaments depicting candles, birds, storybooks, and more, this Disney California Tree is bringing everything from snowflakes to Santas, candy canes to trolley cars, and more.
We’re not going to pick a favorite, but will surely be admiring both of these spectacular trees a lot over the holiday season in the parks!
While the tree is clearly the epitome of holiday décor, we’re thrilled to say that even more fun tidings have been added around the rest of Disney California Adventure this week, too. Let’s check them out!
Grizzly River Run
First up, we’re heading over to Grizzly River Run. This classic rapids ride is always a fun time for guests – but did you know that this is also the site of one of the most eye-catching holiday decorations in the park?
No, it’s not the garlands on the streetlamps we’re here to talk about – it’s the giant holiday sweater that’s been donned by the giant grizzly bear!
Just take a look:
Well, that sure is a showstopper! Every year, this adorable giant grizzly dons a huge Christmas sweater for the season, bringing California holiday spirit like none other. Believe it or not, this sweater even lights up at night too – so if you’re visiting the park during nightfall be sure to keep your eyes peeled.
There’s no way you’ll miss it!
Another of our favorite Disney California Adventure spots to explore during the holidays is Cars Land, which you can check out here. From garlands made of air filters to trees made of motor oil cans, it’s really a sight to behold!
