We’ve seen decorations go up around the parks, including in Hollywood Studios, where there are stars on Sunset Boulevard and giant Christmas ornaments in the lake! Speaking of Hollywood Studios, another part of the holidays is starting in the park today.
Today is the first day of Minnie’s Holiday Dine at Hollywood & Vine and we’re at the restaurant to check it out!
Minnie’s Holiday Dine
Hollywood & Vine is a character dining restaurant in Hollywood Studios that has Disney Junior characters in the morning for breakfast and Minnie and friends for lunch and dinner. It’s also a buffet!
Minnie and friends change their outfits seasonally, and today is the first day they’re wearing their holiday outfits for Minnie’s Holiday Dine during lunch and dinner.
The restaurant has been fully transformed for the holiday season, complete with a special photo backdrop near the entrance.
There were other holiday touches throughout the restaurant too!
As a reminder, Hollywood & Vine is a buffet, and you can pretty much get up to serve yourself straight from the buffet.
Here are some of the menu items available at Hollywood & Vine for lunch and dinner, which cost $63 per adult and $40 per child (ages 3-9).
Some of the selections include Peel-n-Eat Shrimp, Oven-roasted Turkey Breast and Herbed Chicken, Olive Oil Herbed-crushed Potatoes, Macaroni & Cheese with Shrimp and Bacon, and plenty more.
You can also order specialty and alcoholic drinks at an additional cost.
The dining area in Hollywood & Vine is fairly wide open, which makes it easy for the characters to make their way around to each table.
For Minnie’s Holiday Dine, you get to meet Minnie dressed in her holiday finest, in a sparkly red dress paired with a red bow.
Mickey also looks dapper in his red blazer over a green and blue striped shirt.
Goofy is dressed as Santa Claus!
And Pluto is a reindeer, of course! Complete with red antlers and a peppermint collar.
At the end of your meal, you get a postcard containing all four characters’ signatures! See below for both sides of the card, which includes the signatures on one side and Minnie decorating a tree on the other.
