Construction Continues at the Polynesian Village Resort DVC Tower
Construction on the new DVC tower at the Polynesian Village Resort is moving right along! The building is taking shape nicely and we can even see windows to the resort rooms.
The new DVC tower will be set to open in 2024. The new building has 8 floors and will add a variety of guest room types, including 2 bedrm villas, recreation, and dining options to the resort.
Guests can see the new tower being built from the Seven Seas Lagoon or when they are on the monorail.
The new tower has taken the spot of the Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show which closed during the Covid pandemic and never reopened.
Here is an artist rendering of the final product.
If you are a guest staying at the Polynesian Village Resort during construction, expect to hear some noise but Disney has tried limiting work hours during the day when guests may be at the theme parks.
