Sneak Peek at Disney’s 2010s Decades Collection Coming Soon
To celebrate The Walt Disney Company’s 100th anniversary, Disney launched the Disney100 Decades Collection, a series of merchandise celebrating each decade of the last 100 years.
We’ve traveled from the 1920s all the way to the 2000s, and the final collection will celebrate the 2010s, which will pretty much bring us up to the present! The 2000s collection just launched but we have only a month before the 2010s collection is released, so let’s go over what we know so far!
Sneak Peek at the 2010s Decades Collection
Coming to shopDisney (and Disney Parks) on November 20th is the 2010s collection, and we have a few clues about what to expect.
First, the preview image for the 2010s release includes images featuring three different characters, with Woody and Buzz from what looks like Toy Story 3 (released in 2010) and Olaf from Frozen or Frozen II (released in 2013 and 2019, respectively).
Disney also shared a preview of the Loungefly backpack coming to the 2010s collection, which appears to include artwork from the sequel trilogy of Star Wars, including The Force Awakens (2015), The Last Jedi (2017), and The Rise of Skywalker (2019).
The Disney100 Decades merchandise collections have historically included a pair of ears, a Loungefly backpack, plushes, a pin, and a MagicBand. We’ll be keeping our eyes peeled for more hints about this final collection!
