How Adorable! Shanghai Disney Is Celebrating Duffy Month

During the month ahead, fans at Shanghai Disney resort are celebrating all things cute and cuddly with “A Month of Duffy and Friends!” There’s big (and adorable) plans for September. The festivities have already kicked off which culminated in the welcoming of Duffy’s friend ‘Olu Mel.’ This ukulele-laying turtle from Hawaii was on hand to meet with guests and show off his musical talents!

During September only, guests will also be able to enjoy treats, merchandise, photo opportunities and exclusive experiences inspired by or featuring Duffy and friends!

Celebrate on Mickey Avenue

Running now through September 30th, guests can enjoy a brand-new show featuring Duffy and Friend’s heartfelt stories of friendship and adventure. In addition a new mural featuring the gang enjoying an Autumn picnic will serve as a photo backdrop for guests to mark the occasion. Duffy fans will also be able to create your own Duffy stories by posing your Duffy friends and merchandise at miniature settings around Mickey Avenue (like the one above!)

Tasty Treats

With all this excitement you’re sure to work up an appetite and Shanghai Disney created special menu items brimming with Duffy cuteness. Highlights include coffee-flavored Duffy the Disney Bear ice cream, fudge cakes and ice cream waffle cones. The Royal Banquet Hall in the Enchanted Storybook Castle will also offer a limited time Duff-themed set menu. This multi-course meal also offers guests a chance to meet Duffy and Friends.

To wind down after a busy morning at the parks, visitors can also enjoy Duffy and Friends afternoon tea at Mickey & Pals Market Cafe.

All-New Duffy and Friends Merchandise

It would be a celebration with some awesome new merch! Shanghai Disney is introducing the Duffy in the Garden collection. This brand new merchandise line features your fluffy friends all dressed up in their gardening gear ready for a harvest. You’ll also find keychains, plate sets, mugs and other home decor!
