FIRST LOOK: Guava Ganache Square For Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month
Today marks the start of Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month and to celebrate Disney is unveiling a special array of eats and treats starting today through October 15, 2023. Our MickeyBloggers popped over to Disney Springs where popular chocolate shop The Ganachery has created a special treat – the Guava Ganache Square!
The Guava Ganache Square is made with a Guava ganache that is covered with 65% dark chocolate.
Note the beautiful artwork on the top which according to Disney cast member Diana was created to honor Puerto Rican heritage with a stencil that features royal Poinciana, also known as “Flame Tree.”
As you can see, one of the Guava Ganache Squares retails for $3.00.

Our MickeyBlogger Elyssa tried this treat and said that the Guava Ganache Square is perfectly balanced. It is light and not too sweet!
The Guava Ganache Square has fruity notes but these are subtle and don’t take away from the richness of the chocolate.
