In case you missed it, Disneyland is getting a new Princess Tiana-themed restaurant very soon!

Tiana’s Palace will open on September 7th in Disneyland Park, featuring a menu filled with New Orleans and Tiana-inspired eats — after all, she did open her own restaurant in The Princess and the Frog! And now we have a first look at what some of the Tiana’s Palace menu items will be. Who’s hungry?
Tiana’s Palace Menu
First, Tiana’s Palace will serve a few different options of gumbo! The 7 Greens Gumbo is plant-based and made with white beans, okra, yams, sweet potatoes, and heirloom rice. Add Chicken & Andouille Sausage for a little extra!
The House Gumbo is made with braised chicken, andouille sausage, and heirloom rice. And if you’re looking for spice, the Cajun Spice Half Chicken is made with a house-made chicory BBQ sauce and served with baked macaroni and cheese and coleslaw.

Sandwiches are also on the menu! The Muffuletta Sandwich includes mortadella, salami, rosemary ham, cheddar, provolone, and house-made olive relish on toasted New Orleans sesame seed bread.
You can also grab a Beef Po-boy Sandwich with slow-cooked beef, gravy, shredded lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise on toasted New Orleans French bread. Sandwiches are served with red beans and house-made pickles.

Now let’s try some shrimp! The Gulf Shrimp and Grits comes with grilled shrimp tossed in a Creole sauce and paired with cheesy grits.

For kiddos, options will be the Roasted Chicken Drumstick served with sweet BBQ sauce and heirloom rice, the Toasted Ham & Cheese Sandwich made with savory ham and provolone, and classic Baked Macaroni and Cheese. Kid’s meals are served with a Cutie Mandarin Orange and applesauce along with a Dasani water or small low-fat milk.

And — drumroll please — it’s time for BEIGNETS! Of course, Tiana wouldn’t have a restaurant without serving beignets. These House-filled Beignets feature lemon ice box pie filling with a lemon glaze.

The specialty coffee drink is Joffrey’s Coffee Chicory Cold Brew topped with sweet cream, and you can also add a Ray Firefly Glow Cube for fun.

And finally, if you want to take a souvenir home with you, the Lily Pad and Lotus Cup Ceramic Set comes with a lily pad plate along with what looks like Prince Naveen playing an “instrument” in his frog form, with a House-filled Beignet.
