PHOTOS: Mickey’s Boo-To-You Parade at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party!
It’s officially spooky season in Disney World because we just went to the very first Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! We got to check out all of the festive fun.
The party takes place at Magic Kingdom, which has been getting new Halloween decor ever since the very end of July leading up to the party. We had some tasty treats and saw some awesome characters, and now we gotta show you one of the best parts of the night — the parade!
Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade
The parade takes place at 9:15PM and 11:15PM during the party. It kicks off in Frontierland and ends on Main Street, U.S.A.
We went to the first parade performance, and it was opened up by the Max Powerline Party Pack!
Max Goof dressed as Powerline and all his friends were dancing down Main Street to get the crowd pumped up for the parade.
You might even get chosen to dance with them!
Next, we saw the absolutely iconic Headless Horseman!
He trotted down Main Street without his head (of course) and holding his signature jack-o’-lantern.
This is a seriously cool part of the parade and we’re so glad we got to see it!
Here’s a closer look:

After the horseman, the opening float rolled in!
It was followed by Winnie the Pooh’s crew.
They had a lot of fun dancing down Main Street!
This year we have a special treat because the Sanderson Sisters are in the parade! Okay, well it’s actually Minnie, Daisy, and Clarabelle dressed up like the trio of witches.
You can see them on top of the float, which has Mickey and Donald in the front.
The girls are looking absolutely fabulous!
Clarabelle is Mary…
…Minnie is Winnie…
…and Daisy is Sarah.
Mickey and Donald were also having a great time on the front of the float.
Mickey is in his best Halloween getup!
On the back of the float are Chip ‘n’ Dale! Dale is dressed as a vampire…
…and Chip is a pirate!
Speaking of pirates, Captain Hook and the Lost Boys were out and about, causing chaos per usual.
They were followed by Tinker Bell on top of a treasure chest!
She’s got a magic wand with her.
Then come alllll of the partyin’ pirates!
And, don’t forget about that pirate ship!
Do you recognize anyone?
Up on top is Captain Jack Sparrow!
After that float, we go to see the legendary gravediggers!
Their shovels are known for sending some sparks.
The Haunted Mansion tombstones float followed…
…and then we saw the famous ghostly bride — Constance!
She glows and glides down the parade route.
After her, we saw some ghosts from the ballroom of the mansion.
Beware of the Hitchhiking Ghosts!
They were looking extra ghostly during the parade.
We can’t forget about those silly bears from Country Bear Jamboree.
Then, we saw some scarecrows, which are new to the parade this year!
Their costumes and makeup look awesome!
And then we saw Goofy! Goofy on his own Halloween Hoedown float is also new addition to the parade this year.
Goofy is dressed up as a farmer.
He’s followed up by this barn float!
Then, we get to see the Sugar Rush Delivery truck…
…which is super colorful!
And, Vanellope rode in on her candy float!
It’s all treats and no tricks here!
Another new addition to the parade this year is Ursula!
She is as menacing as ever.
But, she’s definitely fun to watch!
She’s followed by Flotsam and Jetsam.
Another new villainous lady in the parade is Cruella de Vil! Watch out, puppies.
The Queen of Hearts and her cards are right behind her.
Then, we get the awesome skeleton band!
They are absolutely jamming out.
And, they love some crowd participation.
On the back of their float is Pain and Panic!
They are truly looking very pained and panicked.
Next, we saw some more awesome villains, like Gaston and Anastasia…
…and Oogie Boogie.
Who is living up to his name, by the way.
There was also Dr. Facilier…
…Lady Tremaine and Bowler Hat Guy…
…Jafar…
…Maleficent…
…and the Evil Queen!
She’s really going for it!
And, that was the end of the parade!
Make sure you stake out a good seat a little ahead of time because a lot of people like to watch the parade! Stay tuned for more from Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
