Kenya Might Give You the Most Bang for Your Buck at EPCOT’s Food & Wine Festival
The 2023 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is finally here! We’re at the festival doing everything from eating the food to checking out the new merchandise.
We’ve already had some delicious food over at places like Japan, The Fry Basket, and Mexico. Now, let’s go check out some returning items over at the Kenya booth!
Kenya
The Kenya booth is located across from the Refreshment Outpost.
All of the menu items are returning from the previous year!
For food, you can get the Kenyan Coffee Barbecued Beef with sweet potato-corn mealie pap and kachumbari slaw for $6.50.
This meat was a little bit tough and we didn’t really taste the coffee flavors. But, it was still pretty good with tasty seasoning!
It’s also a big portion so it’s a filling option. The veggies also have a nice crunch to them!
There is also the Peri-Peri Skewered Shrimp with citrus-flavored couscous for $7.
The tomato is definitely the dominant flavor here! It’s nothing too overwhelming, though.
The slaw wasn’t very crunchy but it is a nice mix of vegetables! We also thought this portion size was pretty good for the price.
These are both two unique and tasty options! They also give you a good amount of food compared to their prices.
As for the drinks over here, you can get an 81Bay Brewing Co. Congo Pilsner. It’s $5.50 for 6 oz. and $9.50 for 12 oz.
Stay tuned for more from the 2023 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival!
