Good morning Disney friends! Today is a special day- July 14th is a day of National Pride for France! It is Bastille Day!
Today is a national holiday that commemorates the Storming of the Bastille on July 14th,1789.

The day is celebrated with special parades, fireworks, concerts, and more. And Disneyland Paris is joining in on the celebration with extra special offerings!

Look who is celebrating! Mickey and Minnie kick off the day with a special appearance in Town Square today. They are dressed in special celebratory attire.

Another special offering? How sweet is Minnie Mouse? Today, she appears for special meet and greets in a fantastic Parisian outfit.
Minnie wears an adorable pink dress covered with sweethearts! And Minnie knows how to accessorize- look at that great hat!

There is plenty of fun happening today at Disneyland Paris- check out these special Bastille Day offerings:
- Minnie Meet-and-Greet: Minnie Mouse is dressed in s special Parisian outfit for a meet-and-greet at the Studio Theater in Walt Disney Studios Park.
- Fireworks Display: An amazing fireworks display will take place over Sleeping Beauty Castle at 11:30pm. The show features music and special effects inspired by the country’s culture and history.
- French-Themed Eats and Treats: Check out special themed food including crepes, croissants, macarons, and other classic French dishes!
- Music and Entertainment: Guests can enjoy live music and entertainment throughout Disneyland Paris, including a special Bastille Day parade!
- Special Merchandise: There is an excellent assortment of special Bastille Day merchandise. Everything from hats to shirts to flags and more.
