Today, our wonderful MickeyBlogger Miranda is over at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter, enjoying all the limited-time festivities this beautiful hotel has to offer.

For the 4th of July, the resort’s vibrant Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory is serving up this mouth-watering, limited-time treat, and we couldn’t wait to give it a try.
Cleverly named the “Star-Spangled Brownie Bar,” this looks like a celebration in chocolate form, so let’s check it out and see what Miranda thought of it!

So, according to the menu card, what we have here is a chocolate chip fudgy brownie, sat atop a graham cracker crust. Piped on top is the most delicious-sounding brown butter caramel mousse, with chocolate stars and a sprinkling of popping candy, for that firework-like finish!

We’re glad to report that Miranda found this treat absolutely delicious, thanks to the brownie’s perfectly gooey consistency and soft crust. Miranda also said it was like a true taste of summer, and an ideal 4th of July treat!
