Brighten Your Day With This Mickey And Friends Tote Bag
After three decades of visiting Walt Disney World, if there is one thing that continues to amaze me, it is how Disney keeps coming up with unique new merchandise.
You would think that after 50 years of creating souvenirs, Disney would run out of ideas. But no. Instead, Walt Disney World’s gift shops continue to brim with new and interesting items.
One of my favorite developments in the last couple of years has been the arrival of Disney’s retro collections. Between the Mickey and Co. line of items, Disney100, and the assorted individual releases, I can’t remember I time when Disney has done a better job celebrating its history.
Today for example, when visiting the Magic Kingdom’s Emporium we came upon a new Mickey and Friends tote bag, that is a real blast from the past!

This new tote back stars the mouse who started it all — Mickey!
Everyone’s favorite mouse is happily posing in front of a rainbow here, standing on a field of flowers.
Above Mickey, the bag reads “Mickey and Friends” in a retro yellow font.
I absolutely love Mickey’s design here. This is the character I grew up with, earnest, happy, and kind.
The bag also reads “Walt Disney World” on the bottom, so you will always remember where you got it!
Finally, I should mention that the back of the bag is plain.
