Magic Kingdom’s Hub Refreshment Cart Closed
Yesterday, the last ribbon was removed from Cinderella Castle as Disney World wraps up its 50th Anniversary. Today, nearby, the Refreshment Cart at Magic Kingdom’s Hub is closed.
Magic Kingdom
Recently, we’ve noticed some little touches popping up around Cinderella Castle. As 50th Anniversary decor came down, various design elements went up.
Last month, we spotted new Lightning Lane signage at Peter Pans’ Flight in Fantasyland. Nearby, new banners were installed at Mickey’s PhilharMagic and Fantasy Faire.
Our MickeyBlogger is visiting Magic Kingdom today where he noticed the Refreshment Cart’s closure. Located between Adventureland and Liberty Square, it’s a popular place to grab a snack!
Guests can typically find Disney Parks staples here, such as churros and popcorn. The Refreshment Cart closed without notice, and Cast Members informed us it will be under refurbishment for a while.
Let’s take a closer look at the area, so you can know before you go.

As you can see, green curtains are covering the stand, to signal its closure.
Luckily, a portable cart is available nearby, in its place! Anchored by red umbrellas, it sits to the left.
According to Cast Members, Guests can pick up pretzels, churros, and popcorn here, until the stand reopens, or visit other locations nearby.
Here’s a look at the menu.
Disney100 is currently underway, with small touches added around the Parks. Make sure to stop by one of the photo ops on your next visit!
As always, MickeyBlog will keep you posted on construction and closures within the Parks. If you’re planning a trip to Walt Disney World Resort, be advised that Magic Kingdom’s Hub Refreshment Cart is currently closed.
