Shooting is Underway in England for Marvel’s ‘Secret Invasion’
Over the past few weeks, lots of exciting photos and videos have immerged from Halifax, England where Disney+ and Marvel are currently filming their series Secret Invasion. The series will pick up one of Marvel fans’ favorite storylines from the comics.
If you’re interested in the project, a great resource is @SInvasionNews where images of Samuel L. Jackson, Emilia Clarke, Ben Mendelsohn and Cobie Smulders. Here’s a look at some of the images taken on set.

Ben Mendelsohn is playing the role of the Skrull Talos but from the iamges below, it looks like he will be in his human form during these scenes. Cobie Smulders could either be playing Maria Hill or Talos’ Skrull wife Soren.
During the series fans will learn how many MCU characters have actually been Skrulls all along. It is believed that Emilia Clarke will be playing S.W.O.R.D commander Abigail Brand and Jackson resumes his role as the formidable Nick Fury.

As of going to print, no premiere date has been given for Secret Invasion though it is rumored that the series will debut in 2023.
