New Mother’s Day Cupcake is a Beautiful Bloom at Walt Disney World
With Mother’s Day around the corner, Walt Disney World has been blooming with beautiful experiences and activities to treat moms.

In celebration, our MickeyBlog reporters have been enjoying a tour around the resort to try all the exclusive treats that have blossomed on menus, and today this included a particularly special “pick” from over at one of the most spectacular hotels.
It’s pretty, it’s sweet, and it sure is beautiful. We can’t wait to show you, so read on!
This absolutely adorable new cake has just flowered on the menu over at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Resort, and it’s it the cutest?
Imaginatively titled the Mother’s Day Cupcake, this pretty pick certainly looks like a wonderful treat for moms to enjoy on their special day this May!
The cake consists of a raspberry swirl cupcake, filled up with raspberry custard and crispy pearls.
On top is a pile of lemon buttercream, decorated beautifully with chocolate and fondant pieces, as well as sprinkles and even an edible flower!
I’m sure you’ll agree that this treat sound absolutely delicious, so we couldn’t wait to hear what our MickeyBlog taster Melissa had to say about this one.
In her expert review, Melissa confirmed that the cupcake had a vanilla flavor, and was perfectly moist. The raspberry custard inside was delicious and plentiful, with lots of lemon buttercream piped high on top.
Melissa’s only suggestion was that she would perhaps have preferred a vanilla buttercream to compliment the raspberry, as the tangy lemon combination isn’t going to be to every mom’s tastes.
However, if your mom loves the sweet tang of both fruits in her cupcake, we’d definitely recommend this adorable treat option!
