I’ll list several other exceptional reasons to stay at All-Star Music. We should start with the one that will impact your trip the most, though.
Walt Disney World offers three tiers of resorts: Value, Moderate, and Deluxe.

You cannot go wrong with any of them, but your wallet will like you more if you pick a Value property.

For example, you can partake in Early Theme Park Entry. This amenity entitles you to enter your favorite Disney theme park 30 minutes before it opens!

I say this because everywhere is musical at this resort. Disney has embraced the hotel’s name with its theming.
You’ll notice giant musical notes as decorations throughout the resort and inside your room.

Five different sections comprise All-Star Music. Their individual themes represent musical styles. Here, take a look at the names:
- Broadway Hotel
- Calypso
- Country Fair
- Jazz Inn
- Rock Inn
You can tell by each title the kind of musical theming you’ll discover at the building.

For this reason, I strongly encourage you to roam the campus to appreciate all the thoughtful details.
Whether you prefer Broadway, rock ‘n’ roll, or New Orleans jazz, you’ll find something you love here.
The Pools

Whether you’re traveling alone or with your family, you’ll probably want to take a dip in the pool during your visit.
After all, Central Florida’s average temperatures are often in the 80s or higher. A quick swim can cool you off during a hot Sunshine State day.

At All-Star Music, you’ll have your choice of two large pools, and you can guess where you’ll find each one by their names.
The Calypso Pool resides by the Calypso buildings on the hotel campus.

You can’t miss this pool, either. It features an oversized recreation of the Three Caballeros! Donald and his friends will shoot water at swimmers, too!
Should you step back enough from this pool, you’ll notice its hidden feature. It’s shaped like a guitar!

You’ll find the shape of the other pool a bit more obvious. It’s the Piano Pool, and yes! It looks like a piano!
The swimming pool itself resembles a piano top, while the walkway beside it includes piano keys you can step on!
The Restaurant

Disney hotels try to service all guest needs. You’ll discover at least one restaurant at each resort.
The Value resorts generally share the same style. Since these hotels cater to more guests, the dining options mirror mall food courts.

You’ll find several sections at each eatery, and they’ll serve different kinds of food. This tactic ensures that nobody must compromise with their meal.
All-Star Music’s dining hall is Intermission Food Court, and it’s one of the best available at the Value resorts.

Guests can choose grab-and-go options to take with them to the park or to bring back to the room. We’re talking about yogurt, fruit cups, sandwiches, and the like.
However, you can also eat a full meal here, and it’s sure to satisfy everyone in your traveling party.
Menu entrees include hot dogs, burgers, pizzas, chicken strips, plant-based dishes, and a chicken avocado sandwich.
While you’re eating here, you should pay attention to the walls. Murals of musicians and musical styles provide a charming backdrop.
The Entertainment

You’ll likely want to do more than roam the hotel grounds and swim during your visit.
I’m happy to report that All-Star Music offers several other entertainment options!
For example, you can watch Movies Under the Stars here several nights per week.

This event allows hotel guests to see their favorite Disney films on giant projection screens at the hotel.
Disney switches between classic animated movies and its latest hits like Encanto and Turning Red!

You’ll also find an arcade at Melody Hall. Note’able will be a lifesaver if your family ever gets stuck at the hotel on a rainy day!

The All-Star resorts also host campfire activities like roasting marshmallows. You’ll find this amenity at Calypso Pool from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. every night.
The Location

All-Star resorts don’t possess the ideal logistics of Disney’s most expensive hotels. That’s a vacation budget choice, though.
You can stay “closer” if you’re willing to spend more money for your hotel stay during your trip. There’s no need to do that, though.
