Calling All Spider-Man Fans — Movies Are Coming to Disney+!
Many fans know that the character of Spider-Man has shuffled quite a bit between Sony and Disney.
A series of three films were released beginning in 2002 starring Tobey Maguire as Peter Parker, followed by two films featuring Andrew Garfield as Peter Parker, and finally, Tom Holland took the role within the Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2017.
According to Variety, the 2021 deal between Sony and Disney put into place an agreement that allows Sony titles to stream via Disney platforms, including Disney+, Hulu, FX, ABC, Disney Channels, and Freeform. And now Spider-Man fans have a lot to get excited about!
Spider-Man Movies Are Coming to Disney+

First, Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2, and Spider-Man 3 will begin streaming on Disney+ on April 21st.
The Amazing Spider-Man will also begin streaming on April 21st on Disney+. The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is currently streamable on Hulu.
On May 12th, Spider-Man: Homecoming will also be available on Disney+! Spider-Man: Far From Home and Spider-Man: No Way Home will remain on Hulu for now.
Also from within the Spider-Man universe, Venom will begin streaming from Disney+ beginning on May 12th. Its sequel, Venom: Let There Be Carnage, will stay on Hulu for now.

Variety reports that “additional titles from Sony Pictures’ film and television library are expected to premiere on Disney+ in the U.S. later this year.”
