This Retro Walt Disney World Shirt Is Fun and Bizarre!
More and more these days, it seems that when shopping at Walt Disney World, what’s old is new again.
From Disney100 releases celebrating the company’s rich history, to throwback apparel based on the Walt Disney’s World of the 1990s, Disney seems to be leaning heavily into its past.
Today for example, when visiting Port of Entry over at EPCOT, we came upon another new release that fits that mold.
Retro Walt Disney World Shirt
This retro Walt Disney World shirt is certainly a unique one.
The front of the shirt features a silhouette of Cinderella Castle front and slightly off-center.
Beneath the Walt Disney World landmark is a very strange pattern.
First, there is a row of Cinderella Castles, half of which are upside down.
This is followed by the Walt Disney World “D” logo, patterned in the same way.
Finally, the shirt is rounded out by another stripe of Cinderella Castle.
All in all, the shirt design is definitely retro, but it’s also very abstract.
Interestingly, the patterns do not extend to the back of the shirt, which is blank!
Last but not least, I should mention that the sleeve of the shirt features the Walt Disney World “D” logo!
What an interesting design!
