Mary Poppins is beloved by many; in fact, it happens to be my all-time favorite Disney movie! Immerse yourself in your own Jolly Holiday at a magical location inside Disneyland, with these comfort foods!
Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe
A trip to Disneyland wouldn’t be complete without a stop at Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe. Its name in and of itself is reason enough to pay it a visit!

At the end of Main Street, U.S.A., turn left and you’ll stumble into this charming, Mary Poppins-themed eatery. Although it’s quite modest on the inside, outdoor tables provide great views, perfect for people-watching.
In addition, some fantastic eats and treats are offered here! Pro Tip: Some of the coffee options provide a nice change to the usual Starbucks menu.

MickeyBlog recently visited Disneyland per a special invite from Disney. Our MickeyBlogger sampled both savory and sweet items at Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe; here’s a closer look, along with their review.
Comfort Foods
Jolly Holiday Combo
For her main dish, she opted for the fan favorite, Jolly Holiday Combo, which is the house specialty.
Featuring a classic American comfort food, it includes a toasted cheese sandwich with tomato basil soup on the side.
It costs $13.49.
What a great dish for a rainy day, which has been a common occurrence as of late in Southern California’s Disney Theme Parks!
As mentioned, our MickeyBlogger especially enjoyed the environment, where she could sit and people-watch.
She shares that this combo is delicious! The bread is buttery and flaky, and the cheese is nice and melty.
The tomato soup comes generously portioned and is rich and creamy. We recommend dipping the sandwich into the soup for the perfect bite!
Mr. Banks Shortbread Tart
The Mr. Banks Shortbread Tart is a special, Disney100 offering!
It features caramel and chocolate ganache in a shortbread tart, purple-colored white chocolate mousse, sea salt, edible silver stars, and silver crunch pearls.
Wow, that sounds delicious, and I can tell you firsthand, the desserts here don’t disappoint! Our MickeyBlogger confirms, finding it scrumptious!
The tart is soft and buttery, and the chocolate ganache is rich and luxurious. The white chocolate mousse resembles a thicker, sweeter whipped cream, with that hallmark decadence white chocolate provides.
We highly recommend both options and would definitely order them again. Next time you visit Disneyland, make it a Jolly Holiday with these fabulous comfort foods!
