NEW Disney Character Technology Revealed at SXSW

South by Southwest, or SXSW, has brought us some fascinating news from Disney Imagineers!

Disney Imagineers revealed a new robot prototype, brought back the Hulk exoskeleton now coming to Disneyland Paris, and introduced a special (and teeny tiny) character.

Tiny Tinker Bell!

In addition to the other announcements we’ve seen, Imagineers introduced a teeny tiny Tinker Bell — who can interact with you!

According to Imagineers, “special technology” allows Tinker Bell to “interact with you like never before,” allowing fans to have “real-time conversations.”

It seems that Tink may be a far more advanced version of Crush from Turtle Talk with Crush, during which Crush reacts in real-time to live questions. Could this be the future of magical character meet-and-greets??
