Have a Perfect Picnic With New Runaway Railway Inspired Basket
There’s a brand new souvenir container coming to the Happiest Place on Earth and its not a popcorn bucket! Disney took to Instagram yesterday to tease a look at the Perfect Picnic Basket. This container is inspired by the recent opening of Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway at Toontown. It has everything you need to have the perfect afternoon picnic just like Mickey and Minnie in the attraction!

As you can see, the Perfect Picnic Basket will be available starting on March 19, 2023. You can pick it up at the following locations:
- Cafe Daisy
- Good Boy! Grocers.
From the video, it looks like the Perfect Picnic Basket comes complete with a shoulder strap for easy transport. The outside of the basket features still images from Runaway Railway. The contain would appear to be a pint-sized replica of a picnic basket which opens up for some delectable goodies!
The image also shows a picnic blanket also themed after Runaway Railway that coordinates with the basket. As of going to print, Disney has yet to reveal the cost for the souvenir Perfect Picnic Basket. We are also unsure whether this will be a Disneyland exclusive or whether we’ll see it at Disney’s Hollywood Studios which is the East Coast home of Runaway Railway.
