Jardin de Fiestas’ New Menu Items Underwhelm in EPCOT’s Mexico Pavilion
We’ve been bringing you an up-close look at several new food items upon their debut for the Flower & Garden Festival today. Unfortunately, the two offerings we sampled at Jardin de Fiestas left us underwhelmed.

NEW Menu Items
We sampled one new food item and one new drink item from the booth.
Quesadilla de Flor de Calabaza ($8.00)
The Quesadilla de Flor de Calabaza features house-made masa tortillas with squash blossoms, bacon, onion, zucchini, and cheese.
Despite its beautiful presentation, our MickeyBlogger shares that the quesadilla is not very good.
Although it comes with salsa, it’s still very dry.
Cristal Margarita ($16.00)
The Cristal Margarita features 100% Agave Tequila Blanco, Ilegal Mezcal Joven, clarified lemon juice, and orange liqueur in a souvenir cup.
Our MickeyBlogger shares that the margarita is good, but felt it could’ve used a garnish, especially for its hefty price tag! Mexican food is my absolute favorite, so it’s unfortunate that Jardin de Fiestas’ new menu items left us wanting more.
That being said, there are other options to sample, that are certainly worth a try! If you’re visiting EPCOT for the Flower & Garden Festival, stop by the Mexico Pavilion and see what you think!
